The product is very good. But I had to finish 80% of the tube in one go for just removing hair of my chest & lower part. So that way it is very very expensive. I mean the quantity is very less.

i cleaned my hair on my private area and its effective and nice
In the first use it gave a little burning sensation.
Also half of the area was only cleared.
It didn't work on the **** part. It cleared the hair on the groin part properly even though it was evenly applied everywhere...

It's good. But if you're using it near butt area make sure not to use the cream near your cakehole... It's going to burn... Rest the cream is good.
The smell is very bad I can’t handle it

We're very sorry that the experience was not ideal, the smell is due to the presence of thioglycolic acid which helps in the removal of hair, in rare care cases the odour released due to the process might be unpleasant.
Our team is actively working on increasing the perfume essence in the product to address these edge cases and should help in bettering the smell of the product.

It was pretty smooth if you know what I mean. Please follow instructions carefully. It wasn't difficult but a trial small region is must before going all the way.
The cream was not ideal for sensitive skin. There was a lot of cut marks after i applied it.
The hair is not coming off as per you said

I have no idea how the product is because you chose a lazy delivery partner (Delhivery / Shiprocket). They never deliver any of my parcels. If you can, try again with Bluedart
