I am writing this email to report a serious issue regarding your product Mannlich Intimate Care Combo (Hair Removal Cream), which I recently purchased.
After using the hair removal cream strictly following the instructions provided on the packaging, I experienced an immediate and severe adverse skin reaction, including severe burning sensation / redness / irritation / rashes / itching
As this product is specifically marketed for sensitive intimate areas, this experience has caused significant physical discomfort and distress.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. My package was originally supposed to arrive on the 11th, but after placing the order, the delivery date was changed to the 13th. Even on the 13th, the package was still delayed.
Then I received a message saying the service was delayed because they were busy and that it would take another 3 days. Customers plan around the delivery dates shown at the time of ordering, so repeatedly changing the delivery date without proper communication is extremely frustrating.
If you are unable to deliver my order within the promised timeframe, please cancel the order and refund my money. I would rather get my money back than keep waiting for an uncertain delivery date.
I hope you improve your delivery service and provide customers with accurate delivery timelines.

I did not even receive the product. Delivery team is useless and they dint even attempt to deliver the product. No Calls to deliver the product and at the end of the day they just send could not deliver as i did not respond.
